Efficient melt pelletizing, dust-free
Plastics are cut directly in the molten state by high-speed rotating blades, avoiding the dust issues associated with traditional strand pelletizing. Suitable for high-viscosity and heat-sensitive materials (such as TPU, EVA, TPE), preventing pellet sticking.
Spherical or cylindrical pellets with excellent flowability
Pellet shape is near-spherical or oblate-spherical with a smooth surface and high bulk density, facilitating transportation and subsequent processing. Pellet size is adjustable (typically 2.5-5mm), suitable for different application requirements.
Integrated cooling & Dewatering, Space-Saving
The water-ring cooling system directly envelops the cutting process, eliminating the need for a traditional water tank and reducing the equipment footprint. Centrifugal dewatering + vibrating sieve ensures pellets are dry, clean, and have low moisture content.
High output & Automated control
Single-machine output can reach 500-1000 kg/h (depending on model), supporting 24-hour continuous production. PLC control system intelligently adjusts blade speed, water temperature, and dewatering parameters, reducing manual intervention.
