Nanjing Granuwel Successfully Concludes Its Participation in CHINAPLAS 2026

From April 21 to 24, 2026, the 38th China International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition (CHINAPLAS 2026) was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Hongqiao) in Shanghai. Nanjing Granuwel Machinery Co., Ltd. (Booth No. 6.1F80) successfully completed its participation, marking a successful conclusion to this exhibition journey.

Overview of Exhibits

As a major event in the global plastics and rubber industry, CHINAPLAS 2026 gathered numerous well-known domestic and international enterprises and professional visitors. Granuwel focused on showcasing its GTE laboratory extrudeuse à double vis, GSE triple-screw extruder, high-performance screw elements, and a series of masterbatch samples. The GTE extruder was paired on-site with a water-cooled strand pelletizing system for a live demonstration, presenting the complete process from melt extrusion to uniform pelletizing. The GSE triple-screw extruder highlighted its dispersive mixing capabilities, targeting applications in high-filling, high-viscosity, and specialty composite material processing.

On-Site Exchange

During the four exhibition days, Granuwel’s booth maintained stable equipment operation with technical personnel on duty throughout. Visitors came primarily from the fields of modified plastics, film packaging, pipe and profile extrusion, and recycling & pelletizing. Discussions focused on equipment selection, process optimization, energy efficiency improvement, and complete recycling & pelletizing line solutions. Some visitors brought specific production issues, such as pellet appearance defects in underwater pelletizing or uneven dispersion in high-filling materials, which were analyzed and discussed on the spot.

Screw elements and masterbatch samples also received considerable attention. Many customers inquired in detail about wear resistance, material compatibility, customization lead times, carrier resin selection, and functional masterbatch technologies.

Follow-up Work

After the exhibition, Granuwel has begun sorting and following up on customer information. For the technical requests and quotation inquiries raised on‑site, the company has assigned relevant personnel to contact each customer and provide technical documentation, samples, or preliminary proposals. The process feedback and customer suggestions collected during the exhibition will be incorporated into the R&D and production departments’ improvement plans.
